If you’ve ridden your stock R7 for more than ten minutes, you’ve probably noticed the factory exhaust is underwhelming at best; restrictive, heavy, and practically whisper-quiet. Our full stainless Yamaha R7 exhaust system changes that completely.

Designed to bring the CP2’s 270-degree firing order to life, this system significantly increases exhaust flow and shaves over 4kg off the bike’s overall weight. That’s a meaningful improvement in power-to-weight, alongside a throaty exhaust note that feels right at home on the R7. With the option of our Shorty, Flanker, and Alpha mufflers, this system doesn’t just unlock performance; it lets you tailor the sound and look to suit your build. Whether you’re chasing a bold track-ready aesthetic or something more refined, we’ve got you covered. Available in raw stainless, with black or bronze Cerakote available on selected models.

Performance & Sound

Each system is tuned to bring out the best of the R7’s CP2 engine, producing a sharper throttle response and a deeper, more characterful tone. All systems come with our standard baffle (pre-installed), with the option to also deploy our end-cap baffle for more subdued output on long rides or early commutes. Both baffles can be used independently of each other, or be combined (i.e. one in the inlet; one in the outlet) to bring noise levels down to near-stock.

Construction & Finish Options

Built from TIG-welded 304 stainless steel, every system is hydroformed for ideal exhaust flow, durability, and weight reduction. The Flanker muffler includes a gloss carbon fibre tip and stainless mesh grille, while selected systems are available in black or bronze Cerakote for increased corrosion resistance and stealth styling.

Fitment & Installation

• Fits all Yamaha R7 models (YZF-R7HO, YZF-R7LA) from 2022–2025
• Includes headers, merge collector, muffler, fasteners, springs, baffle, mounting bracket, and heat tape to protect the lower fairings
• Full installation can be completed in under an hour with basic hand tools

• Euro 5+ Options

  • Beginning in 2024, Euro 5+ emissions restrictions require all European-delivered bikes to run twin O2 sensors in the exhaust. This change is being gradually rolled out to the rest of the world beginning in 2025 (excl. most US States). Most R7s delivered to Australia and the US are still running a single sensor. To see if your bike requires a secondary sensor, please check the reference image below to see if your bike matches. If there is no Euro 5+ sensor, please order the standard system.

Tuning Guidance

No ECU flash is required when using the system with the included Standard baffle. If you're running no baffle and pairing the exhaust with a high-flow airbox or filter, we recommend ECU tuning for optimal performance.
