Upgrade your Yamaha XSR700 with our Kelpi LED Headlight Conversion Kit, designed specifically for 2016–2021 models. This plug and play kit replaces the oversized stock halogen headlight and indicators with a clean, modern setup that radically improves night visibility and simplifies your front-end styling reminiscent of the first-gen XSR900s.

Fitted with our high-output Clearway 7” LED headlight and optional Blindsider LED indicators, the system is preassembled into a slimline powder-coated bucket for ease of install. Custom CNC-machined aluminium headlight brackets bolt directly to your existing mounting points using counter sunk high tensile 316 stainless hardware, repositioning the headlight closer to the frame for a tighter silhouette. European and Australian models (those with immobiliser rings) are fully accounted for, while US models benefit from a similarly tucked fit. Available with either brushed alloy or satin black powder coated headlight brackets.

Fitment Notes:

• Designed for 2016–2021 Yamaha XSR700 with standard H4 halogen connectors

• Not compatible with 2022+ XSR700 models with OEM LED headlight (6-pin ECU-controlled harness)
